Our Philosophy is simple. Do whatever it takes to make the patients love us.

To us this means:
  • Listen to our patients. Not everyone wants the same level of dentistry. Patients will love us if we do what they want. 
  • Help patients understand why we are recommending a particular procedure - don’t just tell them they need “work.” Patients will love us if they understand why we are suggesting a particular treatment plan.
  • Provide sound, ethical treatment options. Most dental needs have several possible solutions. Make sure the patient knows all possible treatments so they can decide which will work for them. Patients will love us if they are given options.
  • Use state-of-art technology to provide the most advanced dental treatments available. Patients will love us if they know we are providing top quality dentistry.
  • Make sure our clinical skills are exact. Know when we do the best job or when we should refer to a specialist if they do a better job. Patients will love us if our work is technically proficient, adjustments are kept to a minimum and the results are what they expect.
  • Make sure our office environment is clean, relaxed and fun. Patients will love us if they feel comfortable during treatment.
  • Be available. Our office has early morning, lunch hour and after work appointments. Patients will love us if they can get an appointment when it is convenient for them.
  • Make every effort to stay on schedule. We know our patients are primarily busy professionals for whom time is critical. Patients will love us if we are mindful of their valuable time.
  • Ensure no financial surprises. This means we will never start work unless the patient knows the cost of treatment. Patients will love us if they are never surprised with a bill.
  • File insurance claims for patients and ensure patients are responsible only for their portion of the bill. Patients will love us if we resolve all insurance matters before they receive a bill.   
  • Ensure timely and efficient communication via phone and Internet to answer patient questions and concerns. Patients will love us if we are accessible.
  • Don’t hurt the patient. Know how to perform painless injections, be gentle, and make sure the outcome is successful. Patients will love us if it doesn’t hurt.
  • Generate referrals through superb service. For 20 years, we have grown ONLY through 'word of mouth' and we don’t want that to change. Patients who love us tell others.   
  • Ensure patients smile confidently -- either with the smile they have, or the one we create for them. Patients will love us if we create smiles that make them smile more.
