Please choose a subject Insurance Policy

Patients with dental insurance receive out-of-network benefits. Even though our office is out-of-network, we pride ourselves on working to ensure patients receive the highest coverage possible under their insurance plan. Our staff submits all insurance claims and necessary paperwork to maximize coverage.

Payment Policy

Once our office establishes a working relationship with a patient’s insurance carrier, we accept assignment of benefits directly to our office. Once insurance is resolved, we call the patient to make arrangements for payment of the balance. Patients may also choose to leave a credit card on file with the office for balance payment. Patients who opt not to leave a credit card have a choice to:
  • Ask our office for a pre-determination of benefits and pay their portion at each visit; or
  • Pay 50% of each visit with our office
Patients without dental insurance are asked to pay their balance in-full at the conclusion of each visit.

Emergency Policy

Registered patients in need of emergency dental care during non-office hours should call our office to obtain the emergency contact phone number for the dentist on call.

Cancellation Policy

We try to be understanding regarding schedule changes.

We like to be understanding of a true emergency, but our schedule doesn't allow for a patient that repeatedly cancels appointments.
  • We track all cancellations without 24 hour notice.

  • Repeated cancellations with less than 24 hour notice are added to our "Short-notice" scheduling list. From this list, we call you to fill our last minute openings. This works well for patients that cannot predict their schedule in advance. Some patients even prefer to be on this list instead of pre-scheduling. Let us know.

  • If a patient doesn't want "short-notice" scheduling and repeatedly cancels, we ask for a $200 deposit on your credit card to reserve your next appointment.
